I spent a week at this venue, which is beautiful and conveniently located near the city center, and the service was fantastic, leading to a wonderful experience.

Everything was brand-new, fab location so close to the center of old port, one minute away of the center of town, and the venetian fortress, the bus station and a lot of supermarkets, courteous staff. The rooms were big and recently renovated, they come with balcony, lovely view, all necessary facilities. Terrific services were available.

We had an amazing stay at this centrally located boutique hotel in the heart of the old town. The owner personally greeted us when we arrived late at night and even provided a welcome drink and fruit in our room. The proximity to the sea and other attractions was perfect. The street the hotel is on had charming shops, cafes, and restaurants, creating a lovely neighborhood feel. We definitely plan to stay here again! highly recommended.

my recent stay in chania was incredible, but 11city rooms took it to another level. the owners were so friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. the rooms were spacious and had top-notch facilities. i highly recommend this place to anyone visiting chania.
